We are looking for an outstanding “Scrum Master”
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution and comprehensive utilization of Scrum Ceremonies (Planning,
Daily Stand up, Demo, Retrospective) to enhance team performance and deliverable.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to curate the Product Backlog, define User Stories, and
establish clear Acceptance Criteria for enhanced product development.
- Drive the facilitation of estimation, backlog grooming, and planning ceremonies, promoting
efficiency and alignment in project planning and execution
- Ensure updating of all Scrum artifacts
- Collaborate with the development team and Product Owner to ensure successful sprints and
delivery of high-quality features.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of projects, while continuously addressing stakeholders' needs and
ensuring satisfaction at each project milestone.
- Identify and address obstacles that may impede the team's progress, fostering a culture of
inspiration and motivation to encourage peak performance from all team members.
- Provide consistent reports on project progress and performance metrics to guide decisionmaking and ensure project success.
Education:
- Engineering, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology,
Business, Management, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager is a must.
Qualification:
- Proficient in Scrum/Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM I).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Instructive and diplomatic.
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
