We are looking for an outstanding “Business Analyst”

Essential Responsibilities:

• Transform business objectives into clear and concise functional specifications for effective communication with technical teams.
• Prepare the project specifications.
• Prepare detailed documentation outlining business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Participate in project planning by providing assistance in estimation and resource allocation.
• Guide users through workshops and provide support.
• Take charge of dashboard management, overseeing the construction of prices and budgets.
• Own and develop relationship with partners
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with overarching business objectives.
• Work closely with QA teams to design and implement detailed test plans, ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions.
• Contribute actively to user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring a smooth alignment with business requirements

• Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management or Information Technology.

  Experience:       

  • Experience of 6 months at least as Business Analyst in IT Sector.

  Technical skills :

  • Perfect command of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Mastery of reporting tools (Tableau software, SQL Server Reporting Services).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Expertise in employing various techniques for requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
