Become part of our finance team in Nabeul or remote in Tunisia as : Business Controller (m/f/d).

• You will be across with our current customers to collect and manage their new requirements.
• Define specifications and requirement documents as well as goals estimations.
• You will analyze and deliver the implemented software features by managing time& budget, and monitor the deliverables meets the specification in terms of quality, reliability and features. 
• You will plan and implement project by: accompanying the software project lifecycle from start to finish involving specification, estimation, quality assurance, delivery, defect tracking and maintenance.
• You will specify new feature requirements with new and existing customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. So, you need to focus on and understand our product, our target markets and the needs of our business customers.
• You will examine the business aspects and possible technical implementations with our software development team in Nabeul and create estimations for the realization to drive our sales process.
• Create project plans and how managing the risks, and schedule work packages as well as keep track of budget and time of your projects using our project management tool
• Be liable for our customer’s satisfaction who will be working closely with you, and make sure the delivered features are meeting the specification in terms of business value: scalability and reliability.
• Experienced business controller for our Financial Department, to support ERP system (preferably Business Central). You will be exchanging with developers on a technical level in order to:
  
  • Advise the specialist departments on process optimization and technical possibilities in the systems
  • Write concepts for customizations in the system, as well as testing
  • Troubleshooting, reading and evaluating logs, first level support (if necessary)

• Good knowledge of Business Central (alternatively NAV)
• Experience with additional Business Central modules (e.g. OPPlus)
• Good knowledge of interfaces between systems
• Good understanding of basic commercial processes (accounting, order processing, purchasing) and how these are mapped in an ERP
• IT affinity
• Excellent knowledge of English (German is an advantage)
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Ability to solve problems and facilitate deep dive discussions
