L-mobile, one of the leading providers of mobile B2B software solutions in the areas of warehousing, logistics, production, customer and sales field service and project management with headquarters in Sulzbach/Murr, Germany.
We are looking for: “Project Manager or Consultant” specialized in software projects and business software for our CRM and for after-sales service project team.
- You will be across with our current customers to collect and manage their new requirements.
- Define specifications and requirement documents as well as goals estimations.
- You will analyze and deliver the implemented software features by managing time& budget, and monitor the deliverables meets the specification in terms of quality, reliability and features.
- You will plan and implement project by: accompanying the software project lifecycle from start to finish involving specification, estimation, quality assurance, delivery, defect tracking and maintenance.
Key tasks:
- You will specify new feature requirements with new and existing customers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. So, you need to focus on and understand our product, our target markets and the needs of our business customers.
- You will examine the business aspects and possible technical implementations with our software development team in Nabeul and create estimations for the realization to drive our sales process.
- Create project plans and how managing the risks, and schedule work packages as well as keep track of budget and time of your projects using our project management tool
- Be liable for our customer’s satisfaction who will be working closely with you, and make sure the delivered features are meeting the specification in terms of business value: scalability and reliability.
Skills and Traits:
- Excellent commination skills: which allow you to easily engage decision makers and project managers of small, medium and large enterprise customers. And to feel comfortable to meet new people and build a professional relationship quickly.
- Proficiency in project management software tools: You are data driven, flexible and seek both prove and disprove through testing.
- Good Language skills: You are excellent at communicating in both written and spoken French, English (CEFR C1 or above) and have the professionalism to work with our foreign customers.
Knowledge of German language (CEFR B2/C1 or above) will be very much appreciated but is not mandatory.
- You will need to be in page with the technical knowledge for our software product, therefore a familiarity and fluency with software applications is highly desirable but non-essential.
- Problem- solving and leadership skills: Valued areas of work experience include Project management for internal or external software projects, responsibility for a group of engineers, negotiation and responsibility for time schedules and budgeting aspects of projects.
- Qualifications: BAC +4/ BAC +5 in Business, Communication, Engineering ….; Technical and engineering backgrounds are welcome to apply.
