We are looking for an outstanding “Business Analyst”
Essential Responsibilities:
- Transform business objectives into clear and concise functional specifications for effective communication with technical teams.
- Prepare the project specifications.
- Prepare detailed documentation outlining business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Participate in project planning by providing assistance in estimation and resource allocation.
- Guide users through workshops and provide support.
- Take charge of dashboard management, overseeing the construction of prices and budgets.
- Own and develop relationship with partners
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with overarching business objectives.
- Work closely with QA teams to design and implement detailed test plans, ensuring the quality of the delivered solutions.
- Contribute actively to user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring a smooth alignment with business requirements

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management or Information Technology.
Experience:
- Experience of 6 months at least as Business Analyst in IT Sector.
Technical skills :
- Perfect command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Mastery of reporting tools (Tableau software, SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Expertise in employing various techniques for requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
Soft skills:
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written skills.
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Capable of making innovative suggestions.
