Main Responsibilities
? Coordinate schedules and all administrative and logistical aspects of meetings, travel and other programming
? Manage the administrative work such as internal/external correspondence
? Handle meeting notes & reports; and conduct ad hoc tasks & special projects as needed
Office Organisation
? Organise and maintain office filing system
? Coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs
? Coordinate mail and courier services
? Maintain office supplies
? Manage vendors and service providers
? Support ICTJ’s online and media strategies and communication goals in Tunisia
? Ensure the daily press review about developments related to the transitional justice process
? Create a date base/portfolio of Tunisian interlocutors

? Bachelor’s degree (Licence)
? Fluent spoken and written English, Arabic and French is required
? Bookkeeping experience an asset
? High level of professionalism and attention to detail
? Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
? Proficiency in MS Office applications
? At least one year of experience in similar positions
? Experience in databases and online media an asset
? Experience in a non-profit organization an asset
